Organic Lavender Water 1 l

Savour Organic Lavender Water from a rose valley in the Bulgarian
mountains. It is known from folk tradition that its aroma has a calming
effect on the mind and supports peaceful sleep. You will appreciate it in
gastronomy for its pleasant scent. It will also find its place
in hot and cold foods.

PRODUCTION: 

Organic Lavender Water is produced through gentle steam distillation of
lavender which grows in a rose valley of the Bulgarian
mountains. The harvest of the small flowers begins in early morning
hours when the greatest amount of essential oils forms in the plant flowers. The
harvested flowers are immediately transported for processing, while 1 kg of
flowers is used to make 1 litre of floral water. Thanks to the short
transport, which lasts a maximum of 45 minutes, the flowers retain
their freshness and typical scent. Processing takes place using double
steam distillation when the water binds the plant waxes and
biostimulators. During production the precious lavender oil is
not separated but remains inside. As a result, Organic Lavender Water does not
need any preservatives or alcohol, is more effective and is one of the highest
quality lavender waters on the market. 

HOW TO USE: 

Drinks: Organic Lavender Water is perfect when added to
mixed drinks and refreshing lemonade. In
combination with herbal teas it helps to calm a restless
mind.

TIP: For refreshing homemade lemonade add a
spoonful of Organic Lavender Water, a bit of honey or sugar, juice from a whole

Dishes: You will come to love the pleasant aroma of Organic
Lavender Water in cheesecake, cupcakes and crème
brûlée. It will add an interesting taste to pudding and cream

STORAGE: Protect the floral water from direct sunlight. In
warm weather we recommend storing in a refrigerator. If you want to add the
contents of larger packaging to a small spray bottle, thoroughly disinfect the
bottle first.
